We built VetStack so vets could go home on time.
The average small-animal vet finishes their last appointment around 6pm and spends another two hours catching up on SOAP notes. That is the problem we are trying to fix.
What we make
VetStack is an AI scribe purpose-built for veterinary medicine. You record a consult, and within a minute you have a structured SOAP note ready to paste into your PIMS. It understands species-specific terminology, vet abbreviations, and the way exams actually run.
It is not a generic medical transcription tool dressed up with a paw print logo. Every prompt, template, and abbreviation was tuned against real clinical recordings.
Why we make it
Vet medicine has a burnout problem, and notes are a meaningful part of it. Time spent typing is time not spent with patients, with families, with your own family. If we can give that time back, we have done something useful.
We are also realistic. AI does not replace clinical judgment, never will, and never should. Every note is editable, every section is yours to approve, and nothing leaves the room you did not say.
How we think about your data
Your audio, transcripts, and notes are yours. We do not train AI on them. We encrypt them at rest and in transit. We auto-delete audio after 90 days by default. Read the security page or the privacy policy for the details.
Who we are
VetStack is a small, focused team. We answer support emails ourselves. If you write to us, a human reads it the same day. If you find a bug, we usually ship the fix the same week.
