Terms of Service

By creating a VetStack account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use VetStack.

VetStack is a documentation assistance tool that transcribes veterinary exam audio and generates draft SOAP notes using AI. VetStack is a documentation assistant only. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before including it in any patient record.

VetStack does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed veterinarian. AI-generated SOAP notes may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies — you must review every note before finalizing it.

Free accounts are limited to 5 SOAP notes per day. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

You agree not to:

• Use VetStack for human healthcare documentation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract model weights or system prompts
• Automate account creation or note generation at scale
• Share login credentials across multiple practitioners without a Practice plan
• Use VetStack in any way that violates applicable laws

You own the notes and transcripts generated from your recordings. VetStack retains ownership of the software, models, and platform. By using VetStack, you grant us a limited license to process your audio and data solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetStack's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. VetStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from clinical decisions made using AI-generated notes.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of fraud or abuse. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
