Are the SOAP notes really better quality?
Better structured, better tuned for veterinary work. We are veterinary-first: our model and templates are trained on clinical speech, veterinary drug names, and species-specific terminology, not general medical scribing adapted to vets. Sign up and run a real consult through it before you decide.
How can you charge so much less?
We bill per practice instead of per user, and we built the product around the parts vets actually use. Less sales overhead, no enterprise team, and a free tier that does most of the customer education for us.
Can I import my ScribbleVet templates?
Not automatically, but the manual path is fast. Open your ScribbleVet template, copy the structure into a new VetStack custom template, and save. Most vets do it in 2 to 5 minutes per template. Or start from one of our 10 built-in veterinary templates and tweak the sections you care about.
Will I lose my past notes or client history?
No. Historical SOAP notes almost always live in your PIMS (ezyVet, Cornerstone, Avimark, etc.), not inside the scribe. VetStack starts fresh from your next consult forward. If you have notes stored only inside ScribbleVet, export them from their app first before you cancel.
How long does the switch actually take?
About five minutes. Sign up, pick or build a template, and record your next exam. You do not need to migrate history, cancel anything upfront, or rebuild your workflow. Keep ScribbleVet running in parallel for a week if you want a true side-by-side test.
What if my team is already using ScribbleVet?
You can run VetStack alongside ScribbleVet on the same accounts for as long as you want. Both are browser and app based, neither locks you out. Once one or two vets on the team like VetStack more, roll it out to the rest and cancel ScribbleVet.
